Terms of Service

By accessing or using Vantyr's DDoS protection and proxy management services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Services.

Vantyr provides enterprise-grade DDoS protection, proxy management, and traffic filtering services designed to protect your infrastructure from malicious attacks. Our Services include:

• Real-time threat detection and mitigation
• Proxy endpoint management and configuration
• Traffic analytics and reporting
• API access for automation and integration
• Multi-tenant account management

To use our Services, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

You agree NOT to use our Services to:

• Protect or facilitate illegal activities, including but not limited to hacking, fraud, or distribution of malware
• Host or proxy content that violates intellectual property rights
• Engage in or facilitate DDoS attacks against third parties
• Circumvent security measures or exploit vulnerabilities in our systems
• Resell Services without authorization
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights

Vantyr commits to a 99.99% uptime SLA for our protection network. Service credits may be issued for documented downtime exceeding this threshold, subject to the terms of your subscription plan.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in these terms. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

Our collection and use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to the collection of traffic metadata necessary for threat detection and mitigation.

All intellectual property rights in the Services, including software, algorithms, and documentation, remain with Vantyr. You retain ownership of your data and content protected by our Services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Vantyr harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Vantyr may terminate immediately for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your access to the Services will cease and your data will be deleted within 30 days.

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Services. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vantyr is incorporated. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
